Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Paris, France.

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer several shipping options at checkout, each with a different level of delivery protection.

Standard / Economy Shipping (No Signature)

These options do not include signature confirmation.
By selecting them, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, or non-delivery once the parcel has been shipped.
Any shipping claim must be filed directly by the customer with the carrier.

Secure / Express Shipping (Signature Required)

These options include signature confirmation and enhanced delivery security.
They are recommended for high-value or important orders.

LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS

We are not responsible for parcels once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a shipment is returned due to refusal, failed delivery, unpaid customs fees, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for fit, preference, or minor imperfections.

Each item is carefully curated and may show subtle signs of time. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Returns will only be considered in the rare case of significant misrepresentation.
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@theunscenearchive.com, with:

- your order number

- clear photos of the issue

- a short explanation

Returns must be in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for lost or unverified parcels.

VINTAGE CONDITIONING

All items are vintage. Light signs of use or age are completely normal and part of their authenticity.

We classify our pieces with the following scale:

Excellent — Exceptional condition for its age, with only minimal and natural vintage signs.

Very Good — Light signs of age or gentle wear, nothing that affects overall look or durability.

Good — Noticeable aging or flaws (fading, missing studs, scuffs, twisted fringe), but the piece remains intact and wearable.
